Our Compliance Policy

In extending real estate advisory services to its clients, Daiwa Real Estate Advisory Services Co., Ltd. complies with the following Compliance Policy to avoid any conflict of interests between our parent company Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd. and itself.

  • Daiwa Real Estate Advisory Services will not undertake advisory business for any party in relation to a property on which Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal has already undertaken appraisal business for the other party.
  • Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal will not undertake appraisal business for any party in relation to a property on which Daiwa Real Estate Advisory Services has already undertaken advisory business for the other party.
  • Employees of Daiwa Real Estate Advisory Services have no access to the information retained by the Appraisal Department of Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal. Employees of the Appraisal Department of Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal have no access to the information retained by Daiwa Real Estate Advisory Services. In the case where employees of Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal are to concurrently serve as the employees of Daiwa Real Estate Advisory Services, a strict confidentiality obligation will be imposed on them.

The above system will be strictly maintained and monitored by the Compliance Division of Daiwa Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd.
